Cozy and Clean Stay!

We had a lovely time here! The staff was super helpful and gave us great tips for free parking just a few minutes away. The room was huge, and we loved the classic decor with those fancy wooden floors! 😍 Breakfast was decent, but could be yummier. Wi-fi wasn’t the best, which was a bit annoying.

The spacious family room was perfect for us, and the kids loved the play areas. The communal lounge was inviting and cozy, making it a nice spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

I stayed for 1 night in a Single Room. The location was excellent, super close to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. I was accommodated without a reservation, which was great. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

The hotel location is a major plus—just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient. I appreciated the cleanliness of my Double or Twin Room, and the traditional decor with polished wooden floors added a cozy touch. Breakfast offered a decent selection, but the quality could use improvement. There were two lifts available, which was helpful with my heavy luggage. However, parking was a bit of a hassle. While there were some free blue bays in the area, I struggled to find a spot on my first day. The wifi connection was pretty disappointing. it dropped frequently and made it hard to stay connected. Furthermore, the mattresses felt old and could use an upgrade for better comfort. All of this said, the stay was satisfactory for the price, especially given the location and cleanliness.

Great location near the beach, just a quick 5-minute walk.

I was extremely disappointed with the service we received. The check-in process was frustrating, and the staff appeared indifferent to our needs. The Wi-Fi connection was atrocious, dropping frequently and making it impossible to stay connected when I needed it most.

We stayed in a spacious family room with a nice layout, literally a 5-minute walk to the beach. The communal lounge area was cozy with plenty of books. The staff were super friendly and patient, especially when we took our time looking for our passports. Great experience overall! 😊

The hotel feels quite outdated!!! The creaky floors make for a noisy stay, especially if you're near the elevator!!! Don't expect good Wi-Fi. it drops more often than not!!! An upgrade to the mattresses is long overdue!!!

My stay in zarauz exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and the room had a nice view. The staff were helpful, and i enjoyed the excellent house menu for dinner.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend escape in Zarautz with very good value for money. The large bathroom with a shower over a tub was a nice surprise for this kind of place. Keep in mind that the WiFi connection can be really unreliable during peak hours.

The room was spacious and offered a great layout, allowing our family of four to have plenty of space without feeling crammed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, assisting us patiently as we dug through our bags. While the location was convenient, just a couple of streets away from the beach, the overall decor felt quite outdated, reminiscent of a hostel rather than a hotel. The mattress was particularly uncomfortable, affecting our sleep quality during our stay.

It is a charming hotel with unique decor and a cozy common area perfect for relaxation, and accessible to public transportation options.

Great value for families!

I found the hotel to have a unique charm, like a real family-run place,, with its collection of quirky books and cozy play areas for kids. The room was clean and tidy w/ an updated bathroom that felt pretty luxurious for such an old hotel.

It wasn’t cheap, but acceptable.
